Shipping & Payment
Full payment is required upon purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay, facilitated through the secure Stripe platform. The funds are reserved at the time of the transaction and deducted upon the item’s dispatch.
We utilize the Stripe platform for payment processing, known for its adherence to high industry security standards. With Stripe’s rigorous data encryption practices, customers can trust in a secure transaction process.
For orders within Lithuania, we employ DPD services with a fixed rate of 7 EUR. For other European destinations, the shipping options are DHL Economy Select at 17 EUR and DHL Express at 32 EUR.
Final shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout. After placing an order, a confirmation email is sent, followed by a shipping notice, which includes the courier details and tracking number.
Customers within Europe are responsible for any relevant taxes. Orders from outside Europe may incur additional customs duties or import taxes.
Our primary shipping services cover Europe through reliable carriers such as DHL Express and DPD. For potential customers outside Europe, please contact us at orders@berlisi91.com. We will discuss availability, applicable taxes, and tailored shipping rates.
MB BERLISI retains the right to decline or cancel any order due to suspected fraudulent transactions and product unavailability.
Customers may return their orders within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Lithuanian and EU regulations. Initiate returns by emailing returns@berlisi91.com. The item must be returned within 14 days from its receipt. For further information on return policy please refer to our separate Returns policy section.
Exchanges are permitted, subject to product availability. Customers wishing to exchange a product may do so only for a different size of the same product. Should you desire a different item altogether, you are required to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Exchange requests must be made via email to info@berlisi91.com.
Following your order placement, there’s typically a window of 1-3 business days before a shipment confirmation email is dispatched, during which modifications to the order can be accommodated including canceling your order.
If a package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to MB BERLISI. A second shipment is possible, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Should a shipment be lost or arrive damaged: For lost items, contact customer support for assistance; For damaged items, document the damage with photos and contact customer support at orders@berlisi91.com.
In the event of lost or damaged shipments, MB BERLISI is committed to working diligently to address the situation. We will liaise with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue, pursue potential reimbursements, and find an amicable resolution for our customers. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, please rest assured that we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and will make every effort to rectify any shipping-related concerns.
All transactions are in euros. Please be aware that if you are transacting in a currency different from euros, your bank might charge additional conversion fees.
