Following your order placement, there’s typically a window of 1-3 business days before a shipment confirmation email is dispatched, during which modifications to the order can be accommodated including canceling your order.

Some items may be designated as non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked as such on their product description page.

Items intended for return must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Products that are returned with signs of use or damage will not be accepted for a refund.

Upon receipt of a returned item, it undergoes an inspection process that typically takes up to five business days. Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, the refund will be finalized and processed within no longer than 14 days.

Should a return be approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges are permitted, subject to product availability. Customers wishing to exchange a product may do so only for a different size of the same product. Should you desire a different item altogether, you are required to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part.

The customer assumes all risks associated with returned shipments that could potentially get lost in transit. To minimize this risk, customers are strongly advised to use our recommended shipping company for all returns.
